Gingerbread cookies

350 g flour
75 g sugar
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
10 g vanilla sugar
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cocoa cl
a pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
160 g butter
2 egg yolks
4 tbsp honey

Cooking method.

In a bowl, sift the flour, sugar and salt. Add the butter cut in small pieces and make crumbs.
Mix egg yolks with vanilla sugar, spices, ginger and cocoa.
Add the honey and pour the mixture to the crumbs. Make the dough and put into the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces, roll and cut the cookies.
Bake at 200 C for 5 minutes.
Decorate with royal icing and sprinkles.
