This drink is a homemade version of Starbucks coffee jelly drink. To make it more interesting, add food colors and sprinkles.
400 ml Americano
10 g gelatin
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp coffee jelly
40 ml espresso
200 ml milk
pink food color
For coffee jelly soak gelatin in water and allow to swell a little, and then melted gently on low heat, add sugar and Americano, mix well and put into the refrigerator to complete solidification. When the jelly hardens, chop it into small pieces with a knife.
Add pink (or whatever color you like) food color to cold milk, whip it with a steamer. If you don’t have a steamer, you can use a little life hack. Just fill the jar with milk halfway, close and shake it for about 2 min. The milk will turn into perfect foam.
Place 2 tbsp of coffee jelly into a mason jar, then add frothed pink milk, add a shot of espresso and decorate with whipped cream and sprinkles.
You cam also add various syrups or just sugar to make it sweet.
